I thought I knew what I was doing until this morning (lightning took out the telephone service, so modems etc. have had to be reset).
I keep a Word document with my password information handy, and this morning learned that I have the following username/password combinations recorded:
| Modem | The modem has a username and password; this is used to sign on to the modem to effect changes, or to make it active after pressing the recessed reset switch on the underside. |

| ISP | My ISP is Bell Canada (but not for much longer). For that I need a Bell.ca user name and password so that I can log on to the web site and learn about my account. |
