When replying to an email i reduced the entire email font
In Outlook I don't know what i pressed when i was replying to an email, but the entire email was reduced to a font so small i cannot read it. Can someone tell me how to re-establish the normal font size.

I found out how to restore it, see below. I still don't know how i did it in the first place though:

The usual cause of this is holding the control button while scrolling with the mouse wheel.

The web page you linked to says
but it is MUCH easier to just use the control key with the scroll wheeel. The easiest way I have found to zoom in on email while your reading them is to add the zoom icon to the Quick Access Toolbar and follow the steps above.

It might also be that you pressed on the mouse wheel as you scrolled, since on many systems clicking the mouse wheel is the equivalent of cntrl+left click

What usually causes this for me is if I use Control-X, Control-C or Control-V to cut, copy or paste and then use the scroll wheel without pausing long enough after releasing the control key.
