Trusted Locations on Sharepoint?

I have an Excel .xlsm file on Sharepoint. It runs macros both in the background and with buttons. I need to know if there is a way to make the path to this file a "Trusted Location" through each users Excel Options (otherwise, they tend to not see the warning bar that pops up to enable macros and the information can become unreliable).

You should be able to do that. See Plan Trusted Locations settings in Office 2010 for details.
