I'm stuck on 18 or 19 can't remember now..just has one little ramp and that eye-eating screw--have put the ramp right up where the ball drops, and rotated it all sorts of ways...lost a ton of points, but can't get past that one

There's no trick on that one, you just have to move it as far to the right as you can (without the ball missing it altogether) and get the angle correct.

(later)
OK, for all you cubs out there (grin!) I claim a few general tactics.
The worst thing of all is losing control of the ball, since having complete control of the ball guarantees success all the time. let's not lose control of the ball.
The physical nature of the set up is a very elastic ball, so we aim to do whatever we can to dampen the bounciness.
I see only two ways to do this:
1. Use ramps with a very shallow incline (typically 5 degrees) to give the ball enough time to develop a roll from the initial bounce.
2. Use ramps with a very steep inline (typically 80 degrees) to channel the ball's downward movement.

Where 3 ramps are available, the 3rd ramp can be set steep and it can funnel the ball into the pail.
Where ramps are too short to retain contact with the ball, then having the first ramp close to the spigot and the second ramp closer to the ground allows us to make maximum use of the horizontal component of the velocity of the ball as it leaves the first ramp.

We now send you back to the game ...

I didn't write down any of the passwords to get back to the levels, and I can't remember which one is 33, can you either send me the password to open that level or post a screenshot.

put up the screenshot but had to resize it 3x what am I doing wrong? I've moved the short ramp so it intersects with the plane but then it just rolls over and will bounce off the wall onto the other ramp but falls far short of the bucket

You have to launch the ball just before the fish jumps out of the water.
