Signs of spring

1. The neighbors finally turned off their Xmas lights (I think)

2. The city crew bulldozed a hole into the ice rink across the street so that the water will make a direct hit with my mailbox. Then they'll come by with sandbags and apologies.

3. Kitty wants to go outside. Bad.

Apart from the Xmas lights, which seems like a good idea to do; should we interpret this that you want to have winter, and more snow, instead?

They turned all the Xmas lights. Yippie!

Oh, and saw an owl getting the business from crows. I said "hey" and most of the crows left. The owl turned its head around and looked at me as to say "Hey yourself" and then flew off, followed by a bunch of crows. I have a feeling we have less crows than owls now.

Yes, and wouldn't you know, as soon as I post, it starts snowing again. Arrrgh. Still, it's supposed to rain on Tuesday. So something's up. Oh and

5. Garbette is coming home for "spring" break.

6. I can see out my downstairs window again (snow obstructed view)

7. I can remove one of the 7 layers of clothing I'm wearing.

8. No more dog sweater displays (sorry Tazzie, still working on the cha-cha dress for spring)

9. Oy! Found some unopened mail I dropped during the last blizzard.

10. Mice are moving back outside. Probably why kitty wants to go out.
