Walking across America in 100 days

I thought I would share a great feat a good friend of mine is accomplishing. His name is Leo Schreven. He is walking from Jacksonville Beach, Florida to San Diego, California. His walk started on February 9, 2011 and will end on May 19, 2011. Each day will be a marathon of 26 to 36 miles. On his website he shows short video clips of each of his days.

I can't help but have a foggy memory that I may have seen something about this in our paper.

That's a long, long journey and I hope he makes it in good health and good "shape."
