Misleading headline (water pipe instead of STORM water pipe, aka DRAIN pipe), but then why would a liberal paper want to trash a conservative state like Florida.

The view of the damaged section is looking South. If the road had collapsed a little further East it would have fallen on the high speed rail track coming out of Ebbsfleet International Station. That would have made more than the local news! Also, I built the 33kV traction substation on the classic railway to the West of the video view!
