This morning's grey sky cleared to blue this afternoon. A lovely backdrop to the forsythia in the back garden.

A lovely picture.
We've had forsythia outside our bedroom window. The flowers are beautiful in spring, the leaves shelter from strong sun in summer, and it has lovely autumn foliage.

Do you know the name of forsythia also as yellow bell? I was near grown before I learned that the shrub was also called forsythia.
