Gas emergency in Canberra
Probably it had a bigger impact than normal - Canberra was just starting to open up after months of lockdown.
Only in Australia - or maybe Asia as well.

Definitely in Asia; I had to bike - to and from work - through the Durian market when I worked in Singapore.
Truly a separating smell. Nausea-inducing to some; delectable to others.
