A 25 meters high steel sculpture has been constructed near Lelystad in The Netherlands.
It's called "Exposure", but the local population has already given it a different name...

The sculpture cost one and a half million euros (about one and a quarter million pounds sterling), most of which was donated by private enterprise.

I saw a similar (probably not as big) one at Antibes on the French Riviera. From a distance it looked like a freak cloud formation. Still looked pretty surreal up close.
