The camera may not lie but photo editing software can distort the truth.

Very nice photos, Ken. You say they are old images revisited. By that do you mean analog (film) or early digital? I particularly like the first photo. Is the effect from Gaussian blur, soft focus filter or natural mist/fog? To my mind, the last image benefits greatly from the de-saturation. Bravo!

'Old' as in I took the pictures in early 2013, using by then an 'old' DSLR that dates from 2006, and 'revisited' as I reprocessed the RAW data to create these versions only a couple of hours before I shared them here.
The first picture is natural mist/fog with a heavy dose of soft focus on top. The colours arise from first converting to B&W and then 'split toning' the brighter areas with a sepia colour and the darker areas with a pale greenish colour.
Yes, I agree, the second picture is pretty bland until you make it look like it dates from the Victorian era!
