It seems it's in honour of the 80th anniversary of the release of the Wizard of Oz.

Some of the news stories showing in the Google search reveal a very dark side of Judy Garland's treatment in the making of the movie.

The 'red shoes' refer to the Wizard of Oz easter egg, but that was from August 2019, when the movie was 80 years old. That easter egg is not available any more.
