I suspect that this interestingly-permed Water Spaniel would also be cross if you stood on it...

Looks more like a rasta spaniel than a water spaniel to me...

It's looking miserable because it isn't impressed by what its owners have done to its hair!

What owners do to their poodle's hair is far worse - see for example the slide show at Pimp my poodle makes dog owners look barking | The Sun |News :flee:

Well I thought if it were raining cats and dogs that might be a boat for pugs.

I was never any good at puns.

A pug boat is like a tug boat but it pugs instead of tugs other boats and barges around. :innocent:

( I don't know what it is either :exclamation: )

Hi Bob,

Your pun is fine, but I failed to get it because English is not my native language...

Hans,
Thanks, but did you have to ship it this way? Ever since I looked at your original post on Friday - it's been raining here. We don't have canals but if we did I'm sure they would be overflowing ...

Saturday night we went to an open-air concert. I could almost hear Gene Kelly and Burt Bacharach joining in!

I don't think I sent the rain your way - the current depression over central Europe is moving "retrograde", i.e. to the northwest instead of the more usual eastwards...

Hans
