However, it is not entirely clear whether it's the that causes depression, or whether people with depression are more likely to crave .

According to my employers, everything is becoming virtual (and mobile, and personal and digital).

This is all very well but somehow I find the virtual less satisfying than the old physical stuff. I suspect this is due to the fact that I am getting old and am not in touch with the zeitgeist.

Yes! I love Rocky Road although I have never seen it in a candy bar like the one you showed. My first Rocky Road was an ice cream from Baskin-Robbins (not sure if you have ever heard of them). It is a chocolate ice cream with almonds and mini-marshmallows. My all time favorite!

Yes, I know about Baskin-Robbins (I spent some time in the USA). It's not generally available in The Netherlands, only in a US Army base in the south of the country...

Seven days without makes one weak!

There's a small chocolatier shop up the street from my office that's been around something like 100 years. They don't have a website and don't ship. Darn they do make the absolute best stuff. I'm way over due for a bag of salted dark chocolate caramels. The trifecta of sweet, salt and caffeine.

Hmmmm, that does sound delicious! There aren't many like those around here. We had one right in town but then they sold the business off a few years ago. Within a year the new owners were buying the chocolates instead of making them. Just not the same
