Er, just out of curiosity is that a LARGE HADRON Collider, or a LARGE hadron COLLIDER? And where does one find a hadron anyway, large or not.

Take a look at the Wikipedia article Large Hadron Collider

It's a large collider for hadrons (=elementary particles such as protons and neutrons)
