Château Frontenac in Québec, Canada
I stayed here in my senior year of high school when our French class (those who had stuck it out for the 4 years) took a 2-week trip to Québec and Montreal. It was very pricey but 4 of us shared a room and went to discos and had a blast. The view was spectacular looking out over the St. Lawrence. We ate in a castle-like setting where the pub was way down in the bowels of the building. We were served by wenches and it was a really heady experience for a 17 yr old. When I saw the photograph I went straight to the Chateau and smiled and hoped someone else would figure it out. Thanks Hanns for the solution and for a great puzzle. I've seen so many landmarks, buildings and structures that I have a much broader vision of what's out there. I think my favourite of all is this one because of the memories associated with it :clapping:

Instead of "visions of sugarplums dancing" in my head, I went to sleep with visions of landmarks, bridges, buildings and monuments hehe
