Hi Hans

Sadly I have not recognised any of them, including this one. This is even more sad because I have been fortunate through the services and the industry that I work in to have travelled to every Continent and to have visited many wonderful cities. Sadly I think the all expenses paid bit did me in and none of these fantastic views were from any of the bars that I frequented. I appreciate your honesty at saying that you Googled them but I am in awe of the people that are finding the answers, is there a 'Startrek Google' version that you can copy and paste pictures into to. :-)

Steve,
Not everyone is into sightseeing and tourism and many times business trips are so packed full of "business" that getting out into the environs surrounding you doesn't happen due to a myriad of reasons. Don't beat yourself up over it. I've always been one who enjoyed absorbing the local flavors and culture no matter where I was. I've never visited Europe or Asia (it's on my "Bucket list") but have traveled extensively in North and South America. I have friends all across the globe who share their photographs and activities so this topic has been fun for me. Appreciate where you live and travel. In my humble opinion, it doesn't hurt exposing our children/grandchildren to living history in the making. I know I was shocked when we settled into this Village of 1,400 to find that the majority of my childrens' friends hadn't been outside of OH much less visited Toledo, outside of field trips for school. One doesn't have to literally travel thousands of miles. My folks exposed us to vast libraries on all the military bases we lived. Imagination is a powerful tool in a child. "Bloom where you are planted" is my motto. Thanks for posting

I am perplexed that this photo eludes the recesses of my mind. It is sooooo familiar and yet I am drawing a blank after extensive searching.....

Thank you Hans.
They were all far too hard for me, but it was enjoyable watching them get solved.
