Argh!!! (Very clever!!!)
Spoiler
5 + 1 * 10 = 15

...but I doubt the chips are free, so...

5 + 1 * 10 = 15 (+1) = 16

Rudi

Spoiler
If I follow the BODMAS order of calculation, then the cost for the chips is lost (eg: 1 * 10 = 10) which is the cost of the shake without chips.

So without being sure if this is applicable in the solution of the puzzle, I include the chips in the final value again: 5 + (1 * 10) = 15 + 1 [cost of chips] = 16.

Rudi

I don't understand your logic there Rudi.
Spoiler
Drink = 10, Burger = 5, chips = 1.
So calculation for last line is 5 + (1*10) = 15

LOL... maybe I'm complicating things, but if you were the owner of that MacDonalds, you'd be loosing out on the value of the chips each time you offer that special.

It's been a very long time and my synapses are not what they once were.
Spoiler
To me, it says that each has these values:
drinks = 10 (30 ÷ 3 = 10)
burgers = 5 (20 - 10 = 10); (10 ÷ 2 = 5) thus 10
fries = 2 (9 - 5 = 4); (4 ÷ 2 = 2)
Ergo, (2 x 10) = 20; 20 + 5 = 25
That means the answer is 25, no?
Did I forget the order of operations
