Emoji in IT

Post by Rudi »

There aren't many ways to express information technology concepts using emoji unless you get a little creative. Could you have an IT conversation using only emoji? If a help desk ticket landed in your inbox containing only the following images, could you decipher its meaning?

See if you can decode some of these common help desk issues.

# 4 has me stumped. It looks like it could be "I can't transfer data from my old 3.5" floppy using a small red car to a bigger blue car."

But why? Who uses small red cars these days?

Your getting good it it now... (All correct!)

The answers for #5, #6 and #7, provided with the puzzle are as follows:
Spoiler
5. File not found
6. Forgot / can't remember password
7. Internet is slow
The trick is not to be too literal.
For example, snail means slow...but you don't need to use snail pace. The fact that a snail is depicted is indicative of slow, not a literal snail!
