Tactic #1: If you can spot 4 matching tiles that are exposed, remove them.
These 4 tiles cannot be blocked in.
I'm sure one of you can express this better than I.
I fail to resolve the game when two pairs of tiles block each other.
Somehow my mind tells me that "it follows that removing a freebie of four matching tiles" should be pursued.
