Doing a web search I found out that Wally and Waldo are the same !!!

Who is Wally's nemesis...that guy in the yellow and black striped outfit (I think he is a bandit) or something?
I found him too in the beach scene, but will give you the opportunity to look for him too as I know you so like to spot these characters :wink:
