I friend -more green than myself- complains his computer is painfully slow so I suggested he run SpyBot & Ccleaner to see if that helps but just noticed when scrolling down the A+Freeware site, they recommend that the free DiskMax prog will help speed up ones computer. Comments please... Thank You again Dave.

The effectiveness of utilities like DiskMax is debatable - don't expect wonders. But it could be useful for someone without much computer experience.

I use CCleaner myself - it serves more or less the same purpose.
