Re: Giveaway of the Day - EASEUS Partition Master
THANKS!
Question: Someone once revealed how these "Giveaway of the Day" apps could be installed AFTER the expiration date. The way this one works, and I'm assuming that this applies to all of the Giveaway of the Day applications is you have to install it before the end date of the giveaway. But should you have to uninstall it and then reinstall it after the expiration date, it seems like this would not otherwise be possible. Does anyone remember how this can be done??

You must use their "Pro" version to manage partitions in a 64-bit environment. The Home version is always free. See EASEUS Partition Master - Free for home users. and Compare EASEUS Partition Master Editions.
EASEUS also produces a free backup tool. See Free Backup Software for Hard Drive System Backup and Restore - EASEUS.

Unfortunately, the discussion and resulting suggestion did not help with this particular program. It may work with some but I suspect it applies only to those applications which don't enter registry items.stuck wrote:Does this link help?

The only other stuff I found implied you had to resort to hacking the package that is downloaded from Giveawayoftheday but I fear even hinting at that is beyond the scope of The Lounge.

Maybe but I'd like to think it stayed just this side of the law.StuartR wrote:That sounds like a hint to me.
