3GP and RMVP formats

Morning all

I need to convert (free of course ) all sorts of movie formats to either 3GP or RMVP format. I have Gogled and dozens come up but when you download them they are either not free or do not convert the files as required.

Is anybody already using a free software that does this and that they can recommend?
