Panda Dome - number of Scanned files keeps increasing

Don't understand why every time I boot up, the number of files keep increasing. I am now up to over 2 million.
Running Win 11. Have iCloud, but don't think that affects Panda. Even when I delete files the number increases???

I wouldn't worry about it. The operating system accesses large numbers of files all the time.
