Ccleaner-delete duplicates

After running Duplicate Finder in Ccleaner, I have many dups listed, same time/dates,for example:

Do I leave these alone or can they are others with, seemingly, dup info, be deleted?

I'm with Ken - I wouldn't mess with the C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) folders. You never know what you'll break if you do.
And those files are very small anyway.

Duplicate Finder: Question this time is deleting dups from my documents folder. I can't seem to find a way to delete contiguous files. I somehow have the same file in various folders (same name/size/date) and would like to delete them those dups, but not one at a time as I have been doing.

This will always be an at least partially manual process, since you have to specify which of the duplicates you want to remove and which one to keep.
The Find Duplicates tool in CCleaner lets you tick multiple check boxes, but that's it.
