The Ashampoo firewall is not really top o'the bill, and it hasn't been updated since 2007 (it doesn't support Windows Vista or Windows 7, it seems), so I wouldn't recommend it.
If you want a simple, unobtrusive firewall, stick with the built-in Windows Firewall (I do, and have done so for years).
If you want more control, go for the ZoneAlarm one.
