Punch List program

I've had a couple request concerning Punch List program, I understand a punch list is basically a written list, what is a Punch List program, is it a progam that convert your speaking (Language) onto a word document or ?

As you undoubtedly know, a punch list is a to-do list of things that need to be done to fulfil a construction contract.
A "punch list program" is software that helps managing such a to-do list.
