Windows Live Mail 2011 & Photoshop Elements

I have found the solution for sending email picture attachments direct from Photoshop Elements via WLM.
Been searching for this for a while and it may be of assistance to others with the same problem.

You guys do a lot for me
I should have mentioned that the above is Adobe's solution for PSE when used with Windows7 and WLM ... not sure of other setups.
