ShadowProtect / Win10 Creators Update

Post by BobArch2 »

Before applying the Windows 10 Creators Update I would recommend you deactivate your ShadowProtect licence. Once the O/S has been upgraded you will be asked to activate the SP licence. Failure to deactivate before applying the update will use another occurrence of a licence and you will have to contact Support to get the licence freed up.

I updated Win10 yesterday and luckily I had three licences (1 spare) and was able to activate which used the third licence. The ShadowProtect Support group released the duplicate assignment to my PC this morning.

Bob
