Thunderbird update (3.0.2)

Post by TonyE »

Thunderbird 3.0.2 has been released, also available via the built-in update system.

What's new:
  • Several fixes to improve stability and security, details will be added soon to Security Advisories for Thunderbird 3.0.
  • Fixes for Thunderbird 2 users upgrading to Thunderbird 3.
  • Several fixes to IMAP.

My version never did update, so I went to mozilla (following Tony's link) and found 3.0.3 is now available. I am using Lightning and the Google calendar provider and had to override the maxversion (details on request  ) before 3.0.3 would accept them, but they seem to be working fine now...

Say Tony, do you happen to know if Mozilla have fixed either of my two "complaints" when 3.0 first came out - this thread over in the WS Lounge: Thunderbird 3 released?
