Snagging a real name from Thunderbird 3.0.2

Please and Thank You, Is there a way to copy, in text form, the entire email address from an incoming email?

I receive emails from folks who sign themselves "Julia" without giving their surname.
The surname appears in the visible header.
If I choose (right-click) Copy Email Address I snag the email address but not the title.
I can't see a way to Ctrl-Copy the regular text.

In the example shown below the name is Keilty, but I can see that only by switching to 800x640 resolution, and I'd really rather copy then paste into a contact database table.

Chris I'm using a more recent TB than you but I don't think this is changed in recent versions. If I right-click the email address and then choose Edit Contact:

I get a window showing the complete name which I can then highlight and copy. I've blocked them in these two examples for obvious reasons:

Am I off base?
