Importing Outlook Contacts To Gmail

In trying to import my Outlook contacts into Gmail I found this:
Import your contacts into Google Gmail

Log on to your Google Gmail account.
Click Gmail>Contacts.
Click More >Import.
Under Import Contacts, click Browse.
Select the file you exported in step 6 of the previous procedure, and then click Import.

I have a a *.CSV file all ready to be imported but I do not find the Import option in Gmail. I know I did this years ago but then the Contact list in Gmail was on the Left side of the screen. I only see Contacts on the Right side of the screen now and when I open that, again, I do not see any Import option. Please see the attachment. Does anyone know where Gmail's Import Contacts option can be found? Thanks

Click the button with 9 dots in a square to the left of your user initial H in the upper right corner.
Click Contacts.

In the Contacts tab, if you don't see the side bar with Create contact and your labels (groups), click the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.

Click Import.

Thank you very much. I believe that worked. Although I had no idea what the "hamburger menu in the upper left corner" meant. I had 3 lines, clicked that, and them found the Import. I not only learned how to import but I learned a new term.

Well, yes, but they are usually called 'veggieburgers'.

Maybe we should just refer to the menu as the 'burger' menu.
