Thunderbird not showing pictures in Weekly Digest

I don't know whether this is a Lounge issue, or a Thunderbird issue, so this place was my second guess.

When first I started to receive the Lounge Weekly Digest, I (think) there were pictures shown in the Digest. Some time ago, these pictures disappeared, and in stead there is the name of the pic file like x1424.png in the example.

If this is a Thunderbird issue, would there be a way get the nice pictures back?

I'm not aware of pictures being included in any notifications or digests. You'd probably end up getting every attachment which could make for some heavy duty emails!
