Still messing around with TB 3.02 but so far, I haven't been able to "select email addresses" from the address book in order to forward an email, for example.
In OE, there was a drop down tab where you could Select Recipients and add the addy's to your list as either TO, CC, or BCC.
I select the email, click on Forward and it brings up the message screen but that's as far as I get. I can select the TO,CC, and BCC but now have the blank address box.
Yes, I can manually type in each address but that's a PITA.
Is there an add-on or am I just missing the boat here?

I don't use TB myself, but does this work:
- Start a new message.
- Click Contacts in the message window's toolbar to activate the Contacts sidebar.
- Select one or more contacts by the usual methods (Click, Shift+click, Ctrl+click).
- Click the "Add to To:" or "Add to CC:" button.
- Or right-click one of the recipients and select "Add to BCC field" from the context menu.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Best wishes,
Hans

Your screenshot is different from mine in ver 3.02 ( see below ) BUT with your help, I think I have this figured out.
-----------------------
Click on "Write"
Click View tab and enter F9 for Contact sidebar.
Double click on the adressee and a window will open with the selected address in the To: field.
On the bottom of the window, you can click on Add to CC or Add to BCC for additional addresses.

Hey Bob!
I use TB and have for a very long time. When I am viewing a post and click on the Forward or Reply buttons, the screen transforms for me to add addresses and along the left hand side appear the contents of my selected address book. You might try changing your view/format options to see if that makes a difference. I'll keep playing around with mine to see if I can discover why it displays the addys.
OK. After hitting the reply or forward button and getting the screen to put addresses in, look at the view menu option and check the Contacts Sidebar option.
If that doesn't fix it, let us know.

The key, I've found is using the F9 key to select the sidebar as a default setting.BobH wrote:Hey Bob!

Glad you found the key!
As for the forests and trees thing, it happens to me all the time.
