Syncing OUTLOOK 2003 with iPhone 4S (iOS 5.1)

Hi all....I am not sure if this is the best forum on this site to pose this question, but can't find any other better forum.....I am using WIN XP (fully patched and up to date) and OUTLOOK 2003 (up to date)........ever since I went to iPhone OS 5 (or greater), I cannot get the iPhone to sync calendars with OUTLOOK.....I have disabled or removed OUTLOOK add-ins; I have tried almost all solutions suggested in any online forum......no help to be found on the Apple site.....does anyone else have same or similar experience? Any suggestions? Thank you

What do you use to synchronize?

..??....USB cable; open OUTLOOK; open iTunes and sync that way....

Thank you for that...I was able to come up with a solution, using some software from CodeTwo Sync.....now everything works just as it should....thank you, again
