HTML Issue

Hi,
I have a user that printed an email 43 times. It was an email with 43 excel attachments and the email was in Html. Now whenever she goes to print any html email it prints 43 times. I've had her shut down her computer and printer, unplug all cables and power, let it sit for a minute and then reboot. It's still the same issue. All settings show that only wants 1 copy, but its printing 43 times. Any ideas?

What e-mail client did your user print from? Outlook? Thunderbird?

Sorry, Leesha. I no longer have Outlook installed on my computer so I can't try replicating the problem.

When you say "All settings" have you checked the printer settings, as well as the settings in Outlook?

I'd have to check re OUtlook. I'm pretty sure she was talking about the printer settings. To be honest, I've never set print settings in Outlook so will have to look around to see what she may have done.
