OL 2010 - startup

I would like to check OL my postboxes for incoming mail automatically when I start the program, but NOT send any mail. In fact I don't want OL to send any mail automatically at all, but check for incoming mail, say, every 5 minutes.

How to achieve this?

Activate the Send/Receive tab of the ribbon.
Click Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups...
Select the group name and click Edit...
You can specify for each account whether it will send and/or receive items.

That worked perfectly. I never went as far as Edit!
