Sir,
Is it possible that all the files those have name stands with DBR shall automatically downloaded to c:\working\
Is it possible that the mails received in Inbox or mail sent details summary shall be copied to a text file date wise, So that what are the mails received or send can be easily tracked.
Regards
Jigyansha

This forum is about Microsoft Outlook, but your subject says Outlook Express. Which of the two are you using?

What should happen if you receive an attachment with a name that already exists in C:\Working?

OK, but how should the downloaded e-mails be named? We can't name them all DBR...

Sir,
Extremely sorry for the delay in reply.
The files that are going to downloaded must starts with dbr????.dbf (ex. dbr1908.dbf, dbr1942.dbf, dbr2901.dbf, dbr2918.dbf and so on). If the same file prompts to downloaded twice or more than that then the system shall downloaded only the last received file or having on sublect mentioned as modified DBR ...

Take a look at this thread: Hypothetical Outlook Question. Perhaps it'll give you an idea of how to solve this.
