Email won't send if you look in Outbox (2003)

I've just had a 'funny' with my Outlook2003 setup which was that the email would not Send if I looked in Outbox before trying to send - no need to open the email to generate this error.

This has happened since I downloaded the latest free AVG 10.0.1153

Following some advice here after a Google search, I went to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | Software | Microsoft | Outlook | Addins and set LoadBehaviour for avgoutlook.Addin to 0 (was set to 3)

This has cured the problem, and I can now look in Outbox, open the email, then click Send and the email will send as expected.

Reference info has to be the website identified - I don't understand the registry!
