Show many calendars 2007

Post by agibsonsw »

Hello.
Is it possible to show several people's calendars without them squishing into
the same window? Can they sit on top of each other?
Thanks, Andy.

You can overlay calendars in Outlook 2007.

See View calendars side-by-side or overlaid
Best wishes,
Hans

Thank you.
Can I also ask, how can I tell Outlook to show only my calendar on starting?
It shows other's calendars that I have opened (and closed) and I have to spend
time closing them again.
Ta, Andy.

I think you'd have to close the other calendars before quitting Outlook.
I don't know of a way to have Outlook do this automatically.
Best wishes,
Hans

Just to clarify, I close the calendars in the evening but they all appear open
when I go back to my calendar the next day. Thanks, Andy.

Useful!

Though I found I had to explicitly set my personal calendar to be in overlay mode by (right clicking on its tab & selecting the relevant option) before the overlay button/arrow on other calendars would actually stack the calendars on top of mine.
