View Source for HTML Email

Hello. Outlook 2007

I mentioned this in a previous post but it may have been missed..
How can I view the HTML source for an email? On the internet I can just right-click
and it says View Source.

Do you know where this option is in Outlook 2010? (There is no Message tab.)

If you open the actual email, there is a message tab. I can see the actions section and into other actions, but there is no option (for me) for view source.

Update: It is there with a html email.

The message format is in between ( and ) in the title bar of the window. The attached image shows the (HTML) at the top of the message and View Source on the Actions > Other Actions menu.
