I have someone who regularly sends me pdfs as attachments which get converted to machine code and are unreadable. In addition, her emails arrive with all the routing and setting information displayed. PDFs from other senders are never a problem, just this one sender. They are only a problem on my work computer where I am using Win 7 and Outlook 2003. At home, where I am using XP and Thunderbird are not a problem.
I have to assume there is some setting she has that is doing this since hers is the only email I have problems with. Or else I have some odd little setting in Outlook that is only being triggered by her emails.
Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Re: problem with reading pdfs from one sender
Sounds like a possible encoding issue. Other than that, I have no thoughts. Sorry.
Are you using an Exchange Server at work with Outlook 2003 as the client? If so, talk to your server admins. They may have some ideas.
