Meeting invitation

I got an email to attend a meeting. The email had attachments that I need for the meeting. I accepted the invitation and the email disappeared along with the attachments. Is there anyway to get to the attachments in this invitation email. It is in my sent box but without attachments. Help....

Have you looked in your outlook calendar? The attachments should be embedded in the appointment on the appropriate date.
