Keyboard shortcuts for mail folders

Post by jmt356 »

ctrl + shift + i is the keyboard shortcut to take a user to the default Inbox. Are there other shortcuts that can be used to take a user to an alternate (non-default) inbox or to other folders, such as a Sent Items or Drafts?

No, but once the focus is in the folder pane, you can type the first letter of the name of a folder to jump to it. Each time you type the letter, you'll jump to the next folder whose name begins with that letter. So for example, typing i repeatedly will jump to each inbox in turn (plus other folders whose name begins with i).
Best wishes,
Hans
