Disabling search history
Can anyone help me disable the search history in Outlook 365. I need to disable this and not delete the search history.

I don't think it's possible to disable this. If you wish, you can add your vote to Do not show search suggestions ( history ) in Search field of Outlook 2016. If enough users vote for it, Microsoft might take it up.
