Turn off suggested contacts but complete autocomplete cache

If I turn off the Suggested Contacts Feature in Outlook by going to File > Options > Contacts > uncheck “Automatically create Outlook contacts…” and click OK, will the autocomplete cache no longer appear every time I begin typing an email in the "To" field? I want to turn off suggested contacts but complete autocomplete cache active so that I don't have to type out the entire email address whenever I send an email.

Have you tried it? I suspect you could test this and let us all know what happens more quickly than waiting for an answer!
