hidden emails

Post by Dave Davison »

When I log on to Outlook there are no emails visible in the "IN" folder so obviously I click the box arrowed in the screen shot which shows what have been received however, the next time I log on I have to click the said box again. This is a new anomaly and I have not altered any setting so how do I restore it so all incoming emails are show by default when logging on please. :thankyou: Dave. .

Activate the View tab of the ribbon.
Click 'View Settings' in the 'Current View' tab.
Click 'Group By...'
Select 'All Expanded' from the 'Expand/collapse defaults' dropdown.
Click OK until you're back in Outlook.
