Create a new window when replying in Outlook 2016

In Outlook 2016, how can I get a new window to appear when I press ctrl + r to reply to a message? I prefer the format in Outlook 2010 where a new window appears rather than the format in 2016 where the reply is embedded in the main Outlook window.

Select File > Options.
If necessary, select Mail in the navigation pane on the left.
Scroll down to the section 'Replies and Forwards'.
Tick the check box 'Open replies and forwards in a new window'.
Click OK.
