PROFILES APPEARING AT BOTTOM OF EMAILS

As usual, IT dept.'s lack of transparency, messes up my Monday morning.

Whatever they did over the weekend (which they do not tell us) added a nuisance to my Outlook emails.

Suddenly, silhouetted profiles are appearing on the bottom right of my Outlook screen.

I have attached what it looks like.

Do you know how I can remove this?

Which version of Outlook/Office are you using? Is it Office 365? Or …?

Could you provide some more info as to where this appears?

Do they appear in a new email or in a reply to an email? Are they part of your signature?

I doubt its an Outlook options setting as your screenshot shows it as an image?

Could it be the dreaded 'Social Connector' strutting its stuff?

If you can reverse engineer Turn on the Outlook Social Connector - Outlook, that may do the trick.

You are seeing silhouettes (presumably) because you don't have photos to display.

Sometimes I just don't understand myself - and then I wake up the next day and

I guess it IS called the People pane, and I somehow had it turned on
(for the 1st 20 years I didn't, so I don't know how it got turned on)

It is fixed and i am so happy.
OCD is not the best thing to have when working with computers.
